Faulty, lost or damaged disc
Accidents do happen!
1. How to check if your disc is faulty
We use high quality recordable discs and reliable duplicators, AND we regularly check a sample disc from each batch by playing a sample section before sending it out to customers. If very occasionally a faulty disc slips through the net, we do apologize.
Try it in another machine, e.g. computer, DVD player.
For fault-finding, it's useful to know if it plays on some machines and not others.
Try another disc in the same machine, if others work, and your new one doesn't that suggests we've sent you a faulty item (Sorry)

2. If your disc is LOST or damaged in use
All our discs are recorded on high quality blanks to withstand the wear and tear of frequent use, playing and pausing in the rough-and-tumble of school conditions - but we know accidents do happen!
NOTE: we only supply the up-to-date version of the materials, which now generally means the online version.
We appreciate the problem of buying a replacement in the middle of a school budget year, so please phone to ask about our low-cost "keep you going" promise:
Just phone or email to check this out - ,
