Faulty, lost or damaged disc
Accidents do happen!
1. How to check if your disc is faulty
We use high quality recordable discs and reliable duplicators, AND we regularly check a sample disc from each batch by playing a sample section before sending it out to customers. If very occasionally a faulty disc slips through the net, we do apologize.
Try it in another machine, e.g. computer, DVD player.
For fault-finding, it's useful to know if it plays on some machines and not others.
Try another disc in the same machine, if others work, and your new one doesn't that suggests we've sent you a faulty item (Sorry)
If your Early Start pack was delivered with a faulty disc, please 'phone within 30 days of receipt and arrange to post it back for an immediate FREE replacement, to:-

2. If your disc was damaged in use
All our discs are recorded on high quality blanks to withstand the wear and tear of frequent use, playing and pausing in the rough-and-tumble of school conditions - but we know accidents do happen!
NOTE: we only supply the up-to-date version of the materials.
If your pack is the current generation, we can supply a replacement disc,
OTHERWISE we'll give you a discount to upgrade your whole pack to the current version

Then send us the damaged disc with an OFFICIAL SCHOOL ORDER or CHEQUE and post it back for a SPEEDY replacement. (* we may also ask you for proof of purchase of the original pack)

3. If your disc was LOST
if you have LOST a disc -(i.e. you are unable to return a faulty disc), then we'll offer you a good discount on buying an up-to-date replacement PACK (* you may be asked for proof of purchase of the original pack)
